1. If you want to exchange the product size, you may contact our Customer Service team here so we can give you the details.
2. Please be informed that you will bear the shipping fee + additional RM10 for us to ship it back to you.

*Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
* If there’s a price difference for the product you want to exchange to, we will add or subtract from the additional shipping cost (RM10).

 

Outlet Walk-In

1. Please contact us through our Customer Service Whatsappp here.
2. State what size you want to exchange to and which outlets you want to go.
3. Our team will check the stock whether it is available at the stated outlet.
4. If it is available, we will prepare an exchange form for you.
5. You can show the exchange form to the outlet’s staff.

* Exchange at the outlets is depends on the availability of the size/product that you want to exchange.
*Please contact our Customer Service Team here to get the form before you go to our outlets.
*Exchange cannot be made if you fail to show the form. Please contact us here to get the form. 
*If there’s a price difference for the product you want to exchange, we will not refund the money. You may buy other product that is equivalent to the price difference or you have to pay if the price difference is higher than the original product you buy.

OUTLET PURCHASE

1. You can visit the outlet where you make the purchase.
2. Bring the original receipt and inform the staff what size you want to exchange to.

*Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
*If there’s a price difference for the product you want to exchange, we will not refund the money. You may buy other product that is equivalent to the price difference or you have to pay if the price difference is higher than the original product you buy.
