365 DAYS GUARANTEE

This 365 days guarantee covers manufacturing defects recognized by Camps & Apparels Corporation Sdn Bhd (C&A) and limited to Outpost Uniform product only.

If you have any inquiry, claim, or return, you can contact our Customer Service Team here or email us at info@myoutpost.com.my.

If a returned product has been verified with a manufacturing defect, C&A will reimburse the cost of the courier to its HQ and will bear the cost of the shipping fee of the replaced product too.

This Policy (valid within 365 days from purchase date) is only valid and enforceable in Malaysia and will apply only if you have purchased the product from C&A, AEON, or OUTPOST retail stores.

 

Warranty Exclusion:

The Warranty does not apply to non Outpost Uniform products, even if packaged or sold with Outpost Uniform products and does not apply to any counterfeit products.

It will also not apply if the product has been exposed for commercial use such as rental or commercial accommodation.

 

Other Exclusions Include:

  1. Defect that come from normal use like tear, scratches, color fading
  2. Defect caused by accident, mishandling like dropping the product, misapplication, wrong assembling / disassembling the product
  3. Defects caused by exposure to extreme natural conditions, liquid, or gasses
  4. Defects caused by third-party (courier)
  5. Defects caused by a modification of a product without C&A permission
  6. Defects due to  external causes such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the product (if applicable), and extreme thermal or environmental conditions

 

Limitation of Damages

C&A IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (SUCH AS LOSS OF CONTENT, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, ETC.), OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE, CAUSED BY A PRODUCT DEFECT.

As the brand owner of Outpost, C&A has the sole right for the warranty and the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty.

 

HOW TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY

ONLINE PURCHASE

Deliver to HQ

  1. Please take picture / video of the defective area.
  2. Send to C&A Customer Service Team here.
  3. Please provide proof of purchase/ the receipt / order ID
  4. If the product has been verified as a defect item, we will send you the address details.

*C&A will not reimburse the courier cost if the defect falls under ‘Warranty Exclusion’.
* Please send us the shipping receipt for the refund process. STRICTLY NO COD courier term. C&A will reimburse the courier cost through ONLINE BANK-IN to your bank account (Reimbursement will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt. We will contact you if it is taking longer than the expected time.
*Please be informed, C&A will not be responsible for any delay caused by the courier companies. If you have any problem with the delivery time, please contact your selected courier.
*Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

 

Outlet Walk-In

  1. Please contact us through our Customer Service Whatsappp here .
  2. Our team will check the stock whether it is available at the stated outlet.
  3. If it is available, we will prepare an exchange form for you.
  4. You can show the exchange form to the outlet’s staff.

* Exchange at the outlets depends on the availability of the size/product that you bought.
